Jeremiah faith
In the book of Jeremiah, the prophet speaks about the importance of faith and trust in God, even in difficult and trying circumstances. He reminds the Israelites that God is sovereign and has a plan for them, and calls on them to turn back to God and follow His commands.
Jeremiah also speaks of God's promises of restoration and redemption for his people, and encourages them to hold on to their faith in God, even when it seems like all hope is lost.
Some verses from Jeremiah that speaks about faith are:
"Thus says the Lord: ‘Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord. He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land."-Jeremiah 17:5-6
"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit."-Jeremiah 17:7-8
Jeremiah's faith in God and his message of repentance and hope continues to inspire and encourage people till date.

It can be said that Jeremiah's faith can be characterized by the following five elements:

Obedience to God's commands: Jeremiah's faith is not just a passive belief, but an active obedience to God's commands. He speaks out boldly against the sins of his people and calls on them to repent and turn back to God.
Endurance: Jeremiah's faith is tested through the difficulties and persecution he faces as a prophet, but he remains steadfast and endures, trusting in God's promises.
Hope: Jeremiah's faith is characterized by hope in God's redemption and restoration. He speaks of God's promises of a new covenant and a new heart, and encourages his people to hold on to hope despite their present circumstances.
Love for God's people: Jeremiah's faith is not just about his own relationship with God, but also about his love for God's people. He speaks out against their sins and encourages them to repent, not out of judgment but out of love and concern for their well-being.
