Revelation Chapter Bible study

Revelation Chapter Bible study is in session! Here’s a short summary of each lesson:

1) The angel has a message for John and his beloved church. John sees three different things in the vision: the Lamb, the 144,000, and the seven church leaders.

2) We learn the characteristics of the 144,000. This is the most difficult lesson because of how difficult the task will be.

3) We learn about the 7 church leaders. The 144,000 will be sent to preach for these leaders in their local churches.

4) Each member of the 144,000 has a special task or task cluster. The 144,000 will follow a particular church leader for a time (that is, the rest of the Tribulation).

5) In the last section of the revelation, we see what are considered the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. These are the sign of four different earthly kingdoms. The vision has seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven bowls.

6) The mystery of the number 144,000. This will be explained in Part 3.
