Every phase of the work of the Holy Spirit requires the witness of man. Every stage of the work is a war between God and Satan, Satan being the target of this war, while man is the one to be perfected by this work. Whether God's work will bear fruit or not depends on man's testimony to God. God asks His followers for this testimony; It is a testimony before Satan, and it is also a testimony to the effects of his work. God's entire government is divided into three levels, and at each level, appropriate demands are placed on man. And as the ages pass and grow, God's demands upon all mankind become ever higher. In this way, as long as man grasps the truth of the Word appearing in the flesh, God's work of administration gradually reaches its climax, and in this way the demands placed on him become greater, as do the demands on man to bear witness. The more man can truly cooperate with God, the more God is glorified. Man's cooperation is the testimony he has to give, and the testimony he gives is man's practice. Therefore, whether or not God's work is effective, and whether or not there can be true testimony, is inseparably connected with man's cooperation and man's testimony. When the work is completed, that is, when all of God's administration reaches its conclusion, man will be called upon to give a higher testimony, and when God's work is finished, man's practice and entry will reach their climax. In the past, man was asked to obey the righteous oaths and commandments, and he was asked to be patient and humble. Today, man is asked to obey all of God's provisions and have the highest love of God, and still love God in the midst of his tribulations. These three stages are the demands which God gradually makes of man in His entire administration. Each phase of God's work goes deeper than the previous one, and at each phase man's needs are more profound than the previous one, and in this way, the whole government of God is gradually taking shape. Since man's needs are ever greater, it is more than ever that man's disposition has come nearer to the standards required by God, and only then will all mankind gradually begin to withdraw from Satan's dominion, and when God's work comes to a complete end, all mankind will have been redeemed from Satan's dominion. When that time comes, God's work will have reached its end, and there will be no longer man's cooperation with God to achieve changes in man's mentality, and all mankind will live in God's light, and from then on, there will be no rebellion or opposition against God. God will not make any demands on man, and there will be a more harmonious cooperation between man and God, a life where man and God are one, a life that will come after God's administration is over and God has completely rescued man from Satan's grip. Those who cannot closely follow God's footsteps are unable to attain such a life. They shall cast themselves down in darkness, where they shall weep and gnash their teeth; They are those who believe in God but do not follow Him, they are those who believe in God but do not obey all His works.
